General Background Information:
Aaron’s practice primarily focuses on creditors’ rights and banking law, real estate law, and commercial transactions and litigation. He represents financial institutions and other creditors in all aspects of loan enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, Aaron represents and counsels a number of individuals and businesses with respect to various commercial transactions and disputes, entity formations, and real estate matters.
A Salina native, Aaron received his B.S. degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance. Aaron then graduated magna cum laude from Washburn University School of Law, where he served as the Notes Editor for the Washburn Law Journal. Aaron is a member and director of several local organizations, and currently serves as an officer with the KBA’s Corporations, Banking, and Business Law Section.
