| General Background Information: | Mike, a Salina native, graduated
from the University of Kansas School of Law and Bethany College. He spent
several years as an examiner with the FDIC in Austin, Texas before starting
his legal career. He began his association with Clark, Mize & Linville
as a law clerk in May 1998 and joined the firm full-time in August 2000.
Mike’s emphasis is in banking, creditor rights, and commercial
law. Mike served on the 1999-2000 Board of Editors of the Kansas Law
Review. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri and is
a member of The Order of the Coif, Kansas Bar Association, and Saline-Ottawa
County Bar Association. |
