Josh works with clients to construct and implement estate plans to best meet their needs and transfer their wealth as efficiently as possible. He also has the experience necessary to walk his clients through the legal requirements and asset transfer process for an estate or trust administration. Josh’s practice further focuses on corporation and LLC formation and maintenance, real estate transactions, and taxation issues.
