| General Background Information: | Eric has focused his practice
primarily on tax, estate, and business planning for both individuals
and businesses. In addition to forming numerous corporations and limited
liability companies, Eric has been involved in numerous asset and stock
buy/sell transactions. Eric's practice also includes real estate and
employment law. Eric was an author and presenter of a continuing legal
education program for the Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997, and has authored
and presented numerous programs on tax, estate planning, and corporate
issues for non-lawyers. Eric is currently the Secretary/Treasure of the
Tax Section of the Kansas Bar Association. |
