General Background Information: Dustin is a Salina native and graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law. As an undergraduate, he majored in Political Science. Dustin began his association with Clark, Mize & Linville in 1998. Dustin's practice emphasizes general civil trial work, with an emphasis in professional malpractice defense, nursing home defense, insurance defense, employment law, construction law and workers' compensation defense.
