| General Background Information: | Josh assists clients with estate planning and business issues including wills and trusts, estate and probate administration, contract negotiations, entity formation and maintenance, and taxation. As a native Nebraskan, Josh received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Nebraska. While in law school, he served as an Executive Editor of the Nebraska Law Review and competed in the National Trial Competition. |
