| General Background Information: | Mr. Johnston’s experience
includes the defense of a variety of general negligence, medical malpractice,
nursing home negligence, and employment cases in both state and federal
courts. He has also assisted hospitals and other clients with business
transactions and general corporate matters. In 2003, he received the
Kansas Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Lawyer Award. He has
been a speaker at KBA continuing education seminars for attorneys and
seminars for clients and the public on multiple occasions. Mr. Johnston
volunteers his time for a number of Salina charitable organizations. |
