| General Background Information: | Mr. Johnston’s experience
includes the defense of a variety of general negligence, medical malpractice,
and employment claims in both state and federal courts. He has also assisted
clients with estate planning, business transactions, and employee benefits
matters. In 2003, he received the Kansas Bar Association’s Outstanding
Young Lawyer Award. He has been a speaker at KBA continuing education
seminars for attorneys on multiple occasions. Mr. Johnston volunteers
his time for a number of Salina charitable organizations, and as a member
of the Board of Governors of the K.U. Law Society, which is the alumni
advisory board for The University of Kansas School of Law. |
