Mentor Program

One of our goals is to prepare all associates to become shareholders in the firm. As a result, associates are given personal attention through our mentoring program.

For example, an associate interested in litigation will be matched with a litigating partner who will work closely with the associate to help him or her develop the skills necessary to become a better lawyer. An associate at CM&L is given sophisticated work and client responsibilities early in his or her career.
