Since nearly its inception, a foundation of Clark, Mize & Linville has been personal injury defense. Our attorneys pride themselves in the commitment, dedication, and service they give each client and each case. Although the firm actively and aggressively pursues each matter, the philosophy of the firm is not the “traditional” defense firm. We take note of the changing nature of litigation, as well as corporate and public attitudes and trends, and encompass these factors to best meet our clients’ needs.
In addition to serving insurance clients and their insureds, we also provide direct representation to individuals, manufacturers, distributors, and many nationally recognized companies. Our resources and knowledge allow us to represent clients in all state and federal courts in Kansas. We have experience in handling all areas of personal injury defense, including products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and general negligence. These matters have ranged from single issue small damage cases to complex catastrophic injuries.
