Jessica focuses her practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning (wills & trusts), long-term care/asset protection planning, and estate (post death) administration.

Jessica takes great pride in being an estate and elder law attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families protect what matters most. She brings extensive experience in creating comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Beyond planning, Jessica guides families through the process of post-death estate and trust administration with clarity, compassion, and efficiency. In her elder law practice, Jessica advises clients on strategies available for preserving assets while still ensuring future access to long-term care benefits such as Medicaid. She helps clients navigate the Medicaid Division of Assets process and the KanCare application system. She is known as a trusted resource in times of uncertainty. Her approach is educational and client-focused; ensuring her clients not only have a sound legal plan but also a clear understanding of it. Jessica is a frequent presenter at public seminars and continuing education programs in the areas of estate planning and elder law.
Raised in the small town of Gorham, Kansas, Jessica graduated magna cum laude from Kansas State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Leadership Studies. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2012. Jessica joined CML in 2015 and became a partner in 2020. Jessica and her husband, Blake, make their home in rural Salina (Ell-Saline) with their two children, Colt and Chloe. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and camping at Lake Wilson.
