General Background Information:
Jared’s practice is primarily dedicated to representing Kansas employers. He advises numerous local and non-local businesses on a full range of employment law issues. Jared also defends employers and their insurance carriers against all types of claims filed by employees. In particular, Jared has substantial experience defending employers against workers’ compensation and employment discrimination claims.
Jared’s practice also emphasizes creditors’ rights, insurance defense and municipal law. Jared serves as special prosecutor for the cities of Salina, Abilene and Tescott, which has given him considerable experience trying cases to judges and juries.
Jared is a native of Salina and a graduate of Salina Central High School. He joined Clark, Mize & Linville in 2008.
