Community Service and Firm Alumni

CLARK, MIZE & LINVILLE, CHARTERED encourages all of its lawyers and staff to participate in continuing legal education and in professional and civic activities. Our lawyers are active in bar associations and other professional organizations as presenters at continuing education seminars, authors of teaching materials and articles, and as practice area section officers. Our team of lawyers includes a Fellow in the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel, as well as two members of the latest edition of The Best Lawyers in America publication. Our lawyers serve in leadership positions with numerous charitable and civic organizations, including the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Salina Community Foundation, the Salina Area United Way, the local March of Dimes, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and The University of Kansas Endowment Association Board of Trustees, as well as numerous churches and other groups.

Over the years, our attorneys have achieved the highest levels of professional achievement and success before, during, and following their association with the firm. We take pride in the successes of our lawyers and of these “alumni” and of their contributions to the firm and to the legal profession. Our “alumni” family includes a Fellow of the American College of Trial Counsel, in-house counsel with major regional and national firms, a faculty member at a major public law school, a current and former state district court judge, and a state supreme court justice.
