Jessica focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, long-term care & Medicaid planning, elder law, probate & trust administration, real estate, and business law.
Her experience at preparing comprehensive estate plans; including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, allows her to help each client develop an estate plan that is personalized to their individual needs. In addition, she advises her clients on the issues encountered in long-term care planning, particularly access to Medicaid benefits. Jessica has experience assisting families through the complex Division of Assets and Medicaid application process, and she has experience counseling families of aging clients and special needs families on complicated legal issues such as: asset preservation, access public benefits, special needs trusts, and guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. Jessica can also assist clients with the formation of corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, deed preparation, and residential or commercial real estate transactions.
General Background Information:
Jessica hails from the small town of Gorham, Kansas. She attended Kansas State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and Leadership Studies in 2009. Jessica is a 2012 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Jessica and her husband, Blake, reside in Salina with their two young children, Colt and Chloe.
