General Background Information:

Clients look to Josh in planning their personal, financial, business, and family matters.  Josh works with clients to construct and implement estate plans to best meet their needs and transfer their wealth efficiently.  Josh has drafted hundreds of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and living wills to effectuate his clients’ wishes.  He also has the experience necessary to walk his clients through the legal requirements and asset-transfer process for probate estates and trust administrations.  Josh assists small-business owners with the formation of limited liability companies, S corporations, partnerships, and other entities.  Josh’s practice further focuses on real estate transactions and agricultural law issues.

Josh met his wife, Jill, in college, and they moved to Salina in 2009, where he began his practice with Clark, Mize & Linville, Chartered.  They enjoy spending time with their two children, Elizabeth and Luke.
